The second annual “ML4MI Retreat,” titled the AI in Imaging and Medicine Symposium: Breaking Silos, Building Bridges, took place on Friday, October 6th. The symposium was co-organized by IDiA Lab Director Dr. Pallavi Tiwari and Kyle Cranmer of the Data Science Institute, and was generously sponsored by the UW School of Medicine and Public Health and the UW Data Science Institute. Approximately 80 people across various UW departments were able to attend, which encouraged collaboration and new partnerships.
